Although based in South Florida, GMB provides job creation opportunities worldwide through our online booking services and live events. GMB helps girls further their careers as music producers, DJs, and audio engineers by offering internships at recording studios as well as Pro Tools certifications. GMB also serves as an outlet for girls to unite and collaborate within the music industry.

GMB was founded in December 2012 by Avid Certified engineer Tiffany Miranda. Tiffany Miranda started as a recording artist in the music industry appearing on shows like American Idol, X-Factor, and Showtime at the Apollo. She then helmed her skills to become one of the most sought after recording engineers and producers in Miami working with music industry heavy hitters Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Cool and Dre, Fat Joe, Zion y Lennox and much more. She was also a panelist at the 2015 Winter Music Conference. Her studio network consists of the Hit Factory, Studio Center, Midtown Studios, and more. (Meet the GMB Team)
